Ingredients: (Hit your return key to start a new line)
one can of cherry pie filling
one 20 oz. can of crushed pinapple (well drained)
one can of sweetened condensed milk
one 16 oz. container of coolwhip
chopped pecans (optional)

Directions:
Mix the drained pinnapple, cherries, and sweetened condensed milk together in a large bowl. Fold in the coolwhip until well blended. Smooth it all out evenly in the bowl and sprinkle nuts on top if you like. Put in refrigerator to chill for at least 1-2 hrs. before serving.

Other suggestions and comments:
This may also be made days in advance and froze until needed. Just allow time to thaw slightly.
For a more Festive look you can add a touch of red food coloring when adding the coolwhip to add eye appeal.
