Today I Am Feeling...

read25.gifIngredients

  • Two pieces of cardboard
  • Pencil, crayons, or markers
  • Fastener
Directions

Cut one piece of cardboard into a square and another piece into a circle that is slightly smaller than the square. At the top of the square write "Today I am feeling." Directly below, color an arrow pointing down. Using the fastener, attach the circle to the square so that the arrow points to the circle. Divide the circle into even pie shapes, and in each pie section describe a feeling or a mood using words and/or pictures. Each day have your child indicate how she is feeling by moving the circle until the arrow points to the mood she chooses.
