Description: A.N.C.H.O.R. stands for Answering the Needs of Citizens with Handicaps Through Organized Recreation. One of the organization's activities is the Drama Program, a repertory company comprising mentally and physically handicapped men, women and children. In the winter of 2004, the group embarked on its four month-long preparation to mount a performance of "The Wizard of Oz," one of its most demanding productions to date. "Yellow Brick Road" chronicles this wondrous journey, and focuses on the struggles of a handful of the group's key players as they rise to the occasion.
