Description: Walter is 71 and has no friends and lives in a small apartment in Upper West Side in Manhattan. His apartment is very quiet until today when his phone rings, which really surprises him. When he answers, someone asks him about "the apartment." He answers very friendly all the details to the strange voice only to find out it's a wrong number, someone was looking for a sublet. But it gives him an idea--a fake ad. At the same time a beautiful 19 year old girl, Maggie, is on the phone trying very hard to sell the only valuable assets she owns: a baseball card collection from her real father whom she never met. She needs the money to move to NYC. At the same time, a pay phone rings on a deserted street. A mysterious man answers and listens for his next job. He is a hit man and next Tuesday he's got to kill a guy who lives at a certain address in NYC. A week later Walter's add comes out, Maggie runs away from home, Walter is getting ready to receive his guests, while the Hit Man is on Walter's roof following his target across the street. Walter's experiences with people are not pleasant. No new friends, no good conversation, all a big disappointment. Until Maggie and the Hit Man end up at Walter's door.
