Description: The true story of Benjamin Abrahao, the photographer who travelled with and collected footage of the cangaceiros, the famous 1930's Brazilian outlaws. Abrahao tracks the bandit-king Lampiao and convinces him to become the subject of a documentary. After collecting the footage, Abrahao returns to Rio to distribute the film which becomes a success, however, he is ultimately killed when a dispute with his backer turns bloody.
