Description: Manuel (or, Manuela as he prefers) is going through a life crisis. His longtime boyfriend Toño has recently left him heartbroken and unsure of his future. He takes comfort at a local disco, where he performs as a featured dance star in shimmering drag. Coca, his best girlfriend, has just discovered that she's pregnant. The father has disappeared and she's really not sure what to tell her straight-laced conservative parents. She asks Manuela to pose as her fiancé and he reluctantly agrees. Manuela goes to great lengths to hide his feminine side from Coca's parents, while preparing for a zany, shotgun wedding. After several mishaps involving mistaken identity, it is up to Manuela to set things straight--in a manner of speaking.
