Description: Félix is a petty thief looking for work. He is taken in by Roberto to help around his home where he lives with his wife Mercedes and their eight-month-old baby boy Chango. The atmosphere in the house is oppressive when Roberto is around and it becomes increasingly apparent that domestic abuse is a problem. As Mercedes seems to be slipping away from reality and abusive Roberto spends no time with his son, Félix realizes that, like him, Chango is essentially an orphan. The two establish a bond that will take them across the country together, as Félix becomes increasingly determined to help the child.
