Description: A corpse is found in a bloody bath, leading Inspector Pao to arrest his prime suspect, Mak Kwan. Mak is sprung from jail when the cops lose his girlfriend as she skips the country to Taiwan to meet with his henchmen. By chance, Pao realizes their target is the Kong Kong Jockey Club where $230 million is to be banked at the next major sporting event.
