What Subjects Are Required for Homeschoolers?

Homeschooling Expert Advice from Isabel Shaw

Question: What are the subjects a homeschooler is required by law to study?

Answer: Each state has different requirements. Generally speaking, most states require the homeschooled child to complete courses equivalent to those taught in the public school system. The method of teaching and depth of coverage is usually left to the parent's discretion.
